Cancellation and Refund Policy

At Infograins Training & Consultancy Services (Infograins TCS), we value our students and aim to provide a seamless training experience. This Cancellation and Refund Policy outlines the terms under which you can cancel your enrollment and request a refund for our training or internship programs.

 

  1. Cancellation Policy

1.1 Student-Initiated Cancellation:

Before Course Commencement:

If you wish to cancel your enrollment before the course starts, you must notify us in writing at least 7 days before the start date.

After Course Commencement:

Cancellations after the course has started will not be eligible for a refund.

1.2 Infograins TCS-Initiated Cancellation:

If Infograins TCS cancels a course due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund of the course fees. Alternatively, you may opt to transfer your enrollment to a different course.

 

 

  1. Refund Policy

2.1 Eligibility for Refunds:

Full Refund:

You are eligible for a full refund if you cancel your enrollment at least 7 days before the course start date.

Partial Refund:

Partial refunds may be provided for cancellations made less than 7 days before the course start date, subject to a 10% cancellation fee.

No Refund:

No refunds will be issued if the course has already commenced or if you fail to attend the sessions.

 

2.2 Refund Exceptions:

Refunds will not be provided for:

Digital course materials once accessed or downloaded.

Missed sessions due to personal reasons without prior communication.

 

  1. Refund Process

All refund requests must be made in writing via email to training@infograins.com.

Include your full name, course details, and reason for cancellation in the request.

Refunds will be processed within 10-15 business days after approval, and the amount will be credited back to the original payment method.

 

  1. Course Rescheduling

If you are unable to attend the course after registration, you may request to transfer your enrollment to a future batch. Such requests must be made at least 3 days before the course start date and are subject to availability.
